A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its Denver, CO office. This role involves working on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts across the United States, and potentially before the PTAB or ITC.

Duties

• Conduct written discovery
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions
• Draft briefs
• Conduct depositions
• Collaborate with experts
• Prepare for trial
• Engage in appellate work

Requirements

• Four to six years of IP litigation attorney experience
• Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency
• Strong communication and writing skills

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of residency

• Proficiency in managing complex litigation matters
