Duties

• Advise clients on corporate and M&A transactions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate and M&A law.
• Experience in bank and financial services M&A and regulatory issues.
• Ability to manage assignments and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Admitted to the bar in Illinois or Texas, or in the process of admission.

Education

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Good standing with the ARDC of the Supreme Court of Illinois or relevant State Bar.
