Duties

• Provide legal counsel and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, briefs, and motions.
• Conduct depositions and appear for legal proceedings, including first-chair jury trials.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Oklahoma Bar Association.
• 5+ years of litigation experience; personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with current office technologies and case management software.
