Duties

• Engage in patent litigation support activities.
• Analyze wireless communication standards, including 5G, 6G, and 3GPP.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of legal experience in patent prosecution.
• Admitted to the USPTO.
• Experience in computer science or electrical engineering.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Organizational and analytical abilities.

Education

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.

Skills

• Experience with wireless communication standards.
• Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus.
