Duties

• Represent clients in commercial, business, and real estate litigation matters.
• Manage cases related to land use, construction, and environmental issues.

• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to strategize and deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial, business, or real estate litigation.
• Preference is given to candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in Minnesota.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal real estate laws.
• Ability to handle a wide range of real estate and construction-related disputes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Minnesota State Bar.
