Mid-level Communications, Internet, and Media Regulatory Associate

The candidate should preferably have 4-5 years of communications regulatory experience in the wireless and spectrum areas. Will also have a high degree of responsibility in supporting attorneys and counseling clients on legal, policy, commercial, compliance, and technology matters. Strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and a demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a law firm environment are essential. Membership in or eligibility for the DC Bar is required. Experience working on communications-related litigation, commercial, or compliance matters - particularly, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) - is a plus.
