A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate with over two years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. This full-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

• Represent clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court.
• Litigate immigration matters in federal court.
• Handle family-based immigration, naturalization, waiver, and other proceedings before USCIS.
• Manage consular processing and other immigration proceedings.

Requirements

• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in removal defense, criminal-immigration matters, and federal court litigation.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.

• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.
• High-level attention to detail.
