The associate will support the litigation team in all aspects of legal work, including drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and reviewing title documents. Duties:

• Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Prepare discovery requests and responses.

• Review and analyze title documents.

• Support senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

• Handle a variety of legal tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of litigation experience, ideally in eminent domain or related areas.

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Admission to the State Bar of California.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
