Duties

• Advise clients on tax credit matters and strategies.
• Collaborate on real estate finance projects.
• Engage in New Markets Tax Credits transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft related documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of tax credit experience.
• Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the relevant state.
