Document Management Analyst I
The candidate will work closely with the Section’s trial attorneys in a fast-paced setting and assist them in the investigation and prosecution of fraud, up to and including in-courtroom trial support. Perform legal and administrative duties as requested by attorneys for Fraud. Section investigations and trials. Assist with case organization and maintenance; plays integral role in preparing team for witness interviews, discovery, and trials. Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed based on trial demands. Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, communicating detailed summaries and analyses of findings. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with DOJ components, Federal agencies, counsel and others as needed. Organize and prioritize numerous tasks effectively and completes tasks under strict time constraints. Work on multiple cases simultaneously and multi-task with minimal supervision. Log and organize incoming and outgoing discovery productions. Proofread material as needed for contextual, grammatical and formatting errors. Summarize articles, reports, witness statements. Review documents for relevance according to established guidelines and criteria. Should have paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed one year of study. Should have 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience required; trial experience is very helpful. Automated litigation support experience is preferred. Document review and Relativity experience is a plus.
