Associate Attorney - White Collar Litigation

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with white collar experience to join its litigation and disputes practice in Mount Laurel. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in all phases of litigation, focusing on white collar criminal matters and regulatory enforcement actions.

Duties

• Represent corporate institutions, Boards of Directors, or executives in litigation and investigations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research on complex issues involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Assist in managing discovery, including document review and production.
• Participate in witness interviews, client meetings, and settlement negotiations.
• Coordinate with regulatory counsel on parallel investigations.
• Assist in trial preparation and trial work.

Requirements

• 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in white collar.
• Experience in complex litigation and/or investigations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assume a high degree of responsibility.
• Familiarity with AI permitted tools is a strong benefit.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
