A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Attorney licensed in California and Nevada to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. The attorney will handle a variety of employment cases, including wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims, from inception to trial.

Duties

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with team members.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in California and Nevada.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in employment/labor law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
