A law firm seeks a motivated and experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to join their team in Ann Arbor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases, providing exceptional client service, and ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from inception to resolution
• Provide superior customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and ensure client objectives are met

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 1st chair family law experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan

Experience:

3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
• Attention to detail and accuracy in case management
