Associate Human Resources Legal Counsel
The candidate will conduct research, monitor and provide updates on employment law developments and their impact on the Company. Prepare and update employment-related policies and support their implementation and application. Create and present training on relevant aspects of employment law. Conduct fact-finding and prepare written responses to administrative charges of discrimination/harassment/retaliation. Prepare employment-related agreements and individual consulting agreements. Serve as HR Legal liaison between HR and outside immigration counsel to address and escalate issues. Provide HR legal advice and support to HR, People Relations, Payroll, Benefits and E&C. Other HR legal-related projects as needed.
