Requirements:

• 0 to 5 years of experience in business law, specifically business transactions and mergers & acquisitions.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• An undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.

Certifications:

• Active bar license in the state of practice or eligibility to be admitted.
