We are hiring a Florida-licensed Criminal Defense Attorney for an immediate full-time position in Sarasota.

This role is for an experienced criminal defense trial attorney. Former public defenders, former prosecutors, or defense attorneys with substantial jury trial experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Handle misdemeanor and felony criminal cases

• Appear in court regularly

• Take cases through hearings and jury trials

• Work cases from intake through resolution

• Communicate directly with clients

• Collaborate with an experienced legal team

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar license

• Criminal defense experience required

• Minimum of 20 to 30 jury trials as lead or co-counsel required

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
