Duties:

• Manage and oversee litigation cases from inception through resolution
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients and support senior attorneys
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and trials
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure their legal needs are met

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and cases
• Desire to engage in courtroom appearances
• License to practice law in Colorado (required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and unrestricted license to practice law in Colorado

Skills:
