Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Counsel clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and compliance obligations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates within the Corporate & Securities practice group.
• Contribute to firm leadership initiatives and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
