Duties

• Advise on renewable energy tax credit transactions.
• Support sale-leaseback and partnership flip structures.
• Provide general tax support for corporate and finance practices.
• Engage in diverse and sophisticated transactional and finance matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in renewable energy tax credit transactions.
• Experience with sale-leaseback and partnership flip structures preferred.
• Prior tax experience in transactional and finance matters preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
