Duties

Requirements

• Licensed California attorney.
• 6-16 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
• Minimum of 5 years in probate, wills, trust, and estate litigation.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Exemplary client service skills with prompt response levels.
• Desire to make court appearances and participate in hearings.
• Detail-oriented with strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workflow independently.
• Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Bar certification required.
