Duties

• Resolve international commercial disputes and investor/state claims.
• Advise multinational clients on investment structures under international treaties.
• Prepare witnesses and experts for cross-examination in international arbitration fora.
• Collaborate with damages experts on calculations.
• Represent clients in pre-arbitration stages, assessing risks and liabilities.
• Review contracts and advise on performance, termination, and renegotiation strategies.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
• Two years of experience in international dispute resolution.
• Experience with ICSID, ICC, PCA, and other arbitration fora.

Education

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree, or equivalent.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting international treaties and contracts.
