Duties

• Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance matters, including coverage disputes and claim denials.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop innovative strategies.
• Manage a diverse caseload, drafting legal documents and maintaining necessary documentation.
• Engage in negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to seek advantageous settlements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Provide clear legal advice to policyholders, empowering them with knowledge of their rights.
• Review insurance policies and related materials to assess coverage and build strong cases.
• Collaborate with a team of experts, attorneys, and legal assistants for optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with preference for first-party property insurance.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
