Corporate Law Internship Summer 2021
The Intern will support Corporate Law team within Legal, Corporate Investigations, Regulatory Services and Government Affairs (LCRG) out of our Schaumburg, IL offices. Will work under immediate supervision and perform requested tasks alongside professionals who perform Corporate Law roles. Generally, this position is part of a summer program with an assigned mentor. Primary project will work on: Legal research; Legal memo writing; Working on various assignments from attorneys from different practice areas. Should have general legal and client service skills. Must be actively Pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree. Should be currently enrolled in a college or university program and will be enrolled in the upcoming Fall Semester 2021. Must have minimum cumulative current grade point average of 3.0 (current could mean last semester GPA). Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an internship, externship or clerkship in a legal setting.
