Associate Attorney

Profile

Our firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience for state court, federal court, and arbitration matters primarily for business, employment, civil rights, and real estate disputes.  We have a diverse client base, with our clients' net worth ranging from zero to nine figures.  There will be significant opportunities for practical experience and serving as lead counsel in client interviews, drafting pleadings, conducting written discovery and depositions, and trials and arbitration hearings. 

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience. Applicants should possess the following required skills or criteria: J.D. degree, willingness to learn, ability to retain what you learn, excellent writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe programs & applications, self-starting, and problem-solving.  We have a huge focus on the quality of your ultimate work product, how efficiently you accomplish your work, and how well you represent our firm and yourself to clients and legal community members.  We also have a huge focus on our employees' quality of life and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We expect hard workers but have no minimum billable hour requirements.
