Duties

• Structure and negotiate complex commercial contracts and technology deals.
• Handle software licensing and cloud services agreements.
• Draft software, data, and IP development agreements.
• Negotiate channel, reseller, and distribution agreements.
• Manage e-commerce and AI/ML development agreements.
• Conduct IP due diligence in corporate transactions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial agreements.
• Experience with software licensing, cloud services, and digital infrastructure deals.
• Familiarity with IP due diligence in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Experience in AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
