A law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney for its Holladay, UT location. The Family Law Attorney will demonstrate excellent legal competency and professionalism while handling family law cases from initial consultation through trial. They will be responsible for converting potential clients into clients, conducting thorough discovery, and litigating cases with integrity and rigor.

Duties:

• Demonstrate excellent legal competency and professionalism in all aspects of work
• Convert potential clients into clients through effective communication and consultation
• Follow internal processes with respect for and compliance with the established system
• Conduct appropriate and thorough discovery to gather necessary information for cases
• Handle family law cases from initial consultation through trial, providing comprehensive legal representation
• Litigate cases with the highest degree of integrity and rigor, adhering to ethical standards
• Appropriately and ethically bill clients for time spent on cases
• Be an active and upstanding member of the larger legal community, participating in legal events and networking opportunities
• Take cases in other approved practice areas to prevent stagnation and burnout while expanding legal expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Juris Doctorate
• Some family litigation experience
• Active Utah Bar License
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree
