Corporate Associate
The candidate should have 2+ years’ experience in Corporate transactional matters. Should preferably have significant experience with general Corporate and business transactional matters including M&A, Corporate transactions, Commercial Contracts, and complex contract drafting and negotiation. Additional experience with venture capital, and/or private equity investors is a plus. Must be currently licensed in North Carolina or licensed in another state with a UBE score that qualifies in North Carolina for comity, or otherwise be eligible to waive in.
