Requirements

• Admission to the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Familiarity with courtroom procedures and litigation processes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the state bar association.
