The summer associates experience first-hand the firm's strong commitment to excellence, diversity and inclusion, pro bono work, and professional development. Attorneys and Talent Development team member make up the Committee that oversees the work of summer associates and their integration into the firm. Summer associates work side-by-side with attorneys on actual cases. Summer associates typically spend the first 8 weeks of the summer with the firm.
