Duties

• Draft pleadings and written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in evidentiary hearings and law and motion proceedings.
• Review, analyze, and interpret contracts and other complex documents.
• Conduct legal research and advise clients on various business-related legal issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of business litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and solve problems creatively.
• Sound judgment and ability to build professional relationships.
• High level of motivation and initiative.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California bar license in good standing.
