A prominent law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–4 years of litigation experience to join its Tampa, Florida office. Location:

• Tampa, Florida

Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and responses for complex litigation matters

• Analyze legal and factual issues to develop litigation strategies

• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings

• Participate in all phases of discovery, including e-discovery and fact development

• Interact directly with clients and contribute to case strategy discussions

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal analyses

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and case management

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of litigation experience at a regional, national, or respected local firm

• Experience handling sophisticated litigation work, including pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills

• Judicial clerkship experience (preferred)

• Ability to manage a challenging workload and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and legal excellence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing capabilities

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Proficiency in electronic discovery tools and litigation technology
