Intapp Systems Analyst - Junior Level

The candidate will assist with support for Akerman's Intapp Intake, Integration Builder (IB), and Flow platforms. Participate with senior analysts on upgrades, new features and other challenging projects. Participate in efforts to evaluate the scope and objectives and assess the impact of changes related to Intapp projects. Assist with testing of system operations and new features and functions. Assist with QA and documentation for all related systems. Work on projects with other IT systems owners to develop integrations between Intake, Flow and IB, and other IT systems. Should have 1-3 years of the relevant law firm or professional services-related work experience ideally supporting or administering a business process application. Already possess or able to quickly develop basic system administration skills in Intapp Intake and Flow. Some experience with SQL or ability and willingness to learn SQL. Must be customer service oriented and work effectively in a team environment. Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
