Duties

• Prepare pleadings and draft briefs and motions.
• Support and execute discovery processes.
• Take and defend fact depositions; prepare witnesses.
• Assist in trial preparation and support trial teams.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; California bar admission.
• Three to four years of litigation experience at a major firm.
• Experience with motions practice, depositions, and discovery.
• Familiarity with Federal and state procedural rules.
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with e-discovery platforms and litigation technology.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Admitted to the California Bar.
