Requirements

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of personal injury trial experience, specifically in Medical Malpractice.
• Strong negotiation, oral advocacy, and courtroom presence.
• Commitment to client service and teamwork.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
