Duties

• Engage in acquisition finance and asset-based lending transactions.
• Work on syndicated TLA/TLB transactions and private credit transactions.
• Participate in note purchase agreement private placements and sovereign debt financings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with sophisticated client teams.

Requirements

• Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions.

Education
