Duties

• Assist in drafting and negotiating commercial real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Support transactions from contract through closing.
• Conduct due diligence, including reviewing title reports and surveys.
• Participate in real estate financing matters representing borrowers and lenders.
• Assist with drafting construction access agreements and related proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
• Perform legal research and draft memoranda.
• Support general real estate and transactional matters.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive work approach.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar or pending admission.
