Job Overview:
A leading plaintiff-side civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a highly motivated Trial Attorney to join its personal injury practice. This position involves managing a high-volume caseload, preparing for and participating in jury trials, and leading litigation efforts on behalf of injury victims. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with a strong courtroom presence, excellent client service skills, and a deep commitment to justice. Location:

• Los Angeles, California

Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from complaint through trial

• Develop and execute litigation plans and trial strategies

• Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses

• Guide and collaborate with litigation team and support staff

• Draft, review, and revise motions and legal documents

• Lead or support in jury trials as First or Second Chair

• Prepare trial documents, including Motions in Limine and jury instructions

• Participate in settlement negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations

• Conduct post-trial motions and provide legal opinions to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–5 years of personal injury litigation experience

• At least 3–5 jury trials as First Chair required

• Ability to manage a large caseload and meet strict deadlines

• Strong experience with law and motion practice

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused approach

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated integrity and dedication to client advocacy
