• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal forums.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable in California.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 1-6 years of experience in a law firm or similar legal setting, with demonstrated expertise in real estate and employment class actions.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of negotiating settlements and representing clients in court.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly from home as needed.

Education:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
