Associate Underwriting Counsel – International
The candidate will : Provides underwriting support to company personnel in international offices for risk evaluation related to issuance of title insurance policies. Provides assistance to US-based personnel, agents and customers on international title insurance practices and procedures. Working within underwriting protocols and procedures and within delegated authority limits underwrites and approves issuance of international title insurance policies. Assists Director of International Underwriting and Senior International Underwriters in the development of underwriting guidelines, protocols and procedures as well as assisting in the development of new and revision of existing title insurance policies and related products. Utilizes existing and assists in developing new metrics for analyzing international underwriting activity levels and identifying areas for improvement and additional development. Assists in periodic updates of the Country Risk Review. Assists in the preparation of reports for management.
