Duties:

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and client communications.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and questions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in Washington.
• Proven ability to handle multiple legal matters independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Education:

Certifications:
