A law firm seeks a litigation associate with over three years of experience to join its Complex Litigation and Personal Injury Trial team in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in Texas state courts defending personal injury and/or wrongful death lawsuits in areas such as transportation/trucking, construction, premises liability, products liability, or energy.

Duties

• Defend personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits in Texas state courts.
• Collaborate with a team to develop trial strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in trial preparation and court proceedings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience in Texas state courts.
• Experience in one or more specified practice areas.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• License to practice law in Texas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills
