Duties

• Engage in litigation involving real estate, business, and probate and trusts.
• Draft business and real estate documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and work independently.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California Bar.
• 5+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Some existing business is preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar membership.
