A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Mid-level Litigation/White Collar and Investigations Associate Attorney with a strong background in complex business litigation and an interest in white collar criminal and investigation matters. The ideal candidate should possess excellent writing skills, the ability to manage cases independently, and be licensed to practice in California with outstanding academic credentials.

 

Duties:

  • Handle a variety of complex business litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, and white-collar criminal defense cases.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in all aspects of case management, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California with good standing.
  • Experience with white-collar criminal defense and/or investigations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage caseloads.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of California.
