Duties

• Meet and work directly with clients.
• Draft a variety of estate planning documents.
• Research legal and tax-related issues associated with estate planning strategies.
• Prepare and file estate tax returns.
• Collaborate with client advisors such as financial planners, accountants, and other attorneys.
• Assist in the management and administration of trusts.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• In-depth understanding of estate planning and trust and estate administration.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks and cases simultaneously.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic and excellent practice management and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Massachusetts.
