Attorney Supervisor
The candidate will manage and supervise attorneys, paralegals and investigators; Oversee, manage and direct complex cases acting as lead attorney when necessary; Establish performance goals for staff; Provide advice and representation on legal and policy issues; Develop and revise DLSC policies and procedures. Must have A license to practice law in the State of Wisconsin is required at the point of application. Should have experience working in a variety (2 or more) of different legal areas (e.g. personal injury, probate, criminal, etc.). Should have Litigation experience in a court or prosecuting contested matters in an administrative forum. Must have experience working in a supervisory or lead role - OR - Experience providing legal counsel to executive management.
