Duties

• Conduct and prepare discovery and motions.
• Handle hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and track time and expenses.

Requirements

• Stellar academic credentials.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals.
• Licensed member of the Georgia Bar or anticipate admission following the February 2024 bar exam.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
