The candidate will be responsible for providing direct secretarial support to (3) three Directors and (2) two contract attorneys. General administrative duties such as answering phones, word processing, making copies, filing documents, time entry, and calendaring. Electronic and physical file and document management. Filing transaction-related documents with appropriate jurisdiction records division and litigation-related documents with the appropriate courts. Filing corporate, UCC, and other transactional documents with the Secretary of State. Other related duties as assigned.
