Duties

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and purchase agreements.
• Perform legal due diligence, including title and survey review and analysis.
• Draft title objection letters and legal memos summarizing title, development, and legal risk issues.
• Draft and negotiate Declarations, Access Easements, Utility Easements, and other legal real estate documents.
• Coordinate and conduct commercial real estate closings.

Requirements

• J.D. required, with 5+ years practicing commercial real estate law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Works well in a team-based environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
