Duties

• Manage and lead labor and employment litigation matters

• Conduct depositions, hearings, and motion practice

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other key litigation documents

• Engage in fact investigation, discovery strategy, and witness preparation

• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communication

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of law firm experience

• Proven ability to independently run litigation matters

• Strong command of California labor and employment laws

• Ability to handle depositions and hearings with minimal oversight

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar (Required)
