Duties

Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in secured commercial finance, specifically in asset-based and cash flow lending.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required; additional admission in Delaware, New Jersey, or New York is a plus.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
